**Absolutely no outside food or drinks allowed per insurance policy and liability except cake or cupcakes if a party package is booked. 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Under no circumstances will your deposit be refunded. If event needs to be cancelled for any reason including covid the deposit will be held at All Air Xtreme for one year to be used for a later date. Or you can reschedule. Or can use towards an inflatable rental from our sister location. Packages can only be lowered up to one week before event date. After that week, numbers can not go down.
