Online Waiver

Fill out online waiver ahead of time!  This is an extreme sport.  Play at your own risk.  Anyone under the age of 18 has to have a guardian fill out waiver.  If you touch the trampolines or any other equipment then it is your responsibility to make sure you have a wavier.  If for some reason a wavier isn't signed you are still at your own risk.  You are taking full responsibility for yourself or your guest you bring of any injuries and hold All Air Extreme, its owners and employees at no fault and play at your own risk.
